| This case spans 3 states so far. Custody is in PA, Dad is in MA and I am in NC. In June of 2007, I left my 20 relationship because of increasing abuse. I took the children and we entered a local women's shelter because my husband was threatening my life. Over the next few weeks, he continued to threaten and I could not get a protection order to stick. He filed emergency custody actions which were not granted, but continued to do so until the court decided to have a hearing. In December 2007, the hearing was held. I had excedingly poor representation and the Judge was more than Bias. They attacked me on the stand for everything! Our Spirituality, Having a woman partner Homeschooling, Living closely on the land Being environmentalists - Hauling water in a drought EVEN FEEDING MY CHILDREN ORGANIC FOOD!!! **January 2, 2008 - The Judge takes the children - splits the children apart and has the two youngest move with dad to Ma, be put in school, live in an apartment in one of the worst sections of the city!** It does get worse - please see next page for more of the story. |
